【🌈Tokyo Pride 2026｜インクルーシブな医療への想いを「行動」で示す】 【🌈Tokyo Pride 2026 | Showing Our Commitment to Inclusive Healthcare Through Action】 #ノバルティス ファーマは、すべての人が自分らしく尊重され、その力を最大限に発揮できるインクルーシブな社会の実現を目指しています。 この想いを社会に向け発信する機会として、Tokyo Pride 2026 に参加し、100名以上の社員とご家族がパレードに加わりました。誰もが安心して必要な医療にアクセスできる社会の実現に向け、私たちの姿勢を行動で示す機会となりました。 代々木公園の会場のノバルティスブースでは、LGBTQI+を含むすべての人が安心して必要な医療にアクセスできる社会の実現を目指す当社独自の取り組み「Ally表明医師マップ」をご紹介し、多くの方に関心を持っていただきました。現在、Ally表明医師マップでは、Ally*を表明した医師、132名が紹介されています。 インクルージョンを理念にとどめず、行動として示すこと。 その積み重ねが、信頼される医療と企業価値につながると私たちは考えています。 ノバルティス ファーマのインクルージョンへの取り組みは下記サイトをご覧ください！  https://lnkd.in/gDJRUDjp *Ally（アライ）は、LGBTQI+について理解し寄り添う支援者を指します。 At #Novartis Pharma, we believe in building an inclusive society where everyone is respected for who they are —and empowered to reach their full potential. This commitment came to life at Tokyo Pride 2026, where more than 100 employees and their family members joined the parade. This was an opportunity to demonstrate our commitment through action toward ensuring that everyone can access the healthcare they need with confidence and peace of mind. At our booth in Yoyogi Park, we introduced the Ally Declaration Physician Map —a Novartis Pharma initiative designed to improve access to healthcare for LGBTQI+ individuals. We were encouraged by the strong interest and meaningful conversations this initiative sparked from visitors. Today, the map includes 132 physicians who have declared themselves as Allies*. We believe that inclusion must go beyond principle — it must be visible through action. By consistently putting this into practice, we believe it will contribute to trusted healthcare and long-term corporate value.
