🌈 At Novartis Ireland, we proudly kicked off Pride Month by raising the Pride flag - a powerful symbol of our commitment to inclusion, allyship and belonging for all. Through our partnership with Pride at Work Ireland and Vhi, our teams will come together for inspiring panel discussions and events that showcase this year’s Dublin Pride theme - “𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆, 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀” - creating space to listen, learn and celebrate what makes each of us unique.   We’re excited to continue that momentum as we come together for the Dublin Pride Parade later this month, because 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘂𝘀  – every moment of visibility, empathy, and allyship contributes to a more inclusive Novartis and a more inclusive world 🌈 #Pride2026 #CollectiveCommitment #ThriveTogether #NovartisIrelandInspires
