𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆. In Dublin, our teams recently came together for Integrity Week - sparking open, honest conversations about what integrity really looks like in our everyday work. One standout moment was our session on Critical Thinking and Ethical Judgement in the Age of AI, where colleagues challenged themselves to question AI outputs, refine prompts and keep human judgement at the centre of how we interpret data and make decisions. At Novartis Ireland, integrity shapes how we show up every day - guiding our decisions, building trust and helping us deliver for patients and society. It means doing the right thing, even when it’s not the easiest, and keeping patients at the centre of every choice we make. Because every decision matters. Each one creates a ripple effect - shaping our culture and strengthening trust, and the impact we have together.
