Last week we were thrilled to host Kawitha Helme for a deep dive into HTA processes and global variability in evidence requirements as part of our ongoing HEOR education series. Kawitha walked us through how HTA frameworks differ across global markets and how clinical benefit, cost‑effectiveness, and budget impact assessments shape real‑world access decisions. The discussion sparked great questions and helped fellows better understand the growing importance of early, strategic evidence planning in an evolving HTA landscape. This was a fantastic way to end the year and education series sessions. We’re grateful to Kawitha for sharing her expertise and global perspective, and for investing in the development of the next generation of HEOR leaders. Monika Salkar Cindy Chan, PharmD, MHI Mumbi E.
