This week, we opened our newly refreshed 4th floor — and what stood out most was not just the space itself, but the energy around it. Colleagues exploring, connecting, sharing feedback and immediately making the space their own. With the opening of the refreshed floor, we’ve taken another step toward creating a workplace that truly supports collaboration, openness and flexibility. More light, more shared areas and more room for ideas to meet — all thoughtfully designed around how our teams work every day. The new Arena, created as a central space for townhalls, events and gatherings, reflects this ambition perfectly — and we especially love that its name was chosen by our people. Thank you to everyone who helped turn this vision into reality, with special thanks to Jérôme Berbigier Lenka Diaz and Bilal Samad, who led the whole journey. And of course, to all colleagues who continue to shape the space simply by using it. This is not just a refreshed floor — it’s a foundation for how we connect, collaborate and grow together.
