Our office came alive with colour as we marked Pride Month, celebrating and supporting our LGBTQIA+ community. Over a bright breakfast, it was a chance to reconnect, share stories, and enjoy a moment together before business as usual. Impact starts with us. It's the small, everyday actions, awareness, empathy, and intention that help create a more welcoming community, both in and out of the workplace. It is often moments like this that create space for meaningful conversations and give us the opportunity to listen, learn, and support one another. Creating a more inclusive culture is built through consistent, authentic support in the moments we share, and in how we choose to engage every day.
