Some evenings just stay with you. Last night, a group of Nova members sat down for dinner with Alberto Rodríguez-Toquero Ramos, General Director of Mahou San Miguel, one of Spain's most iconic companies with over 130 years of history. There was no agenda to perform. We had great food, cold beer, and a conversation that took its own shape as the night went on. Alberto opened up about what it truly means to lead a company of that scale, navigating an industry in constant transformation, building teams that last, and carrying the weight of a legacy brand while still pushing it forward. The kind of insights you don't find in any business school curriculum. For us at Nova, moments like these are what it's all about. There's something genuinely special about creating the space for our members to sit across the table from someone who's built and led at the highest level and actually have the conversation, not just witness a monologue. Thank you Ignacio (Nacho) Zaera, for making events like this happen, adding so much value to the community as Madrid's City Leader. It was an honor to host Alberto, and an even greater pleasure to watch the room come alive with questions, stories, and the kind of energy that only happens when talented people are in the right place. Until the next one. 🍻
