Za každou úspěšnou investicí stojí lidé, kteří ji dokážou proměnit ve skutečnost. Projekt nové elektrické obloukové pece, jedné z nejvýznamnějších investic v novodobé historii NOVÉ HUTI, vede Roland Hinterreiter – manažer s více než patnáctiletými zkušenostmi z oblasti průmyslových investic, údržby a technologické transformace hutní výroby. Roland spojil významnou část své profesní kariéry právě s ostravskou hutí. Od roku 2010 působil na řadě klíčových pozic – od projektového manažera přes ředitele závodu Údržba až po vedení projektu výstavby hybridních pecí. Během této doby se podílel na realizaci řady strategických investic a modernizačních projektů. Právě kombinace hluboké znalosti místního provozu, technické expertizy a zkušeností s řízením rozsáhlých investičních projektů z něj činí ideálního lídra pro realizaci elektrické obloukové pece, která bude klíčovým prvkem budoucí transformace NOVÉ HUTI. The new Electric Arc Furnace project, one of the most significant investments in the modern history of NOVÁ HUŤ, is led by Roland Hinterreiter – a manager with more than 15 years of experience in industrial investments, maintenance, and the technological transformation of steel production. Roland has dedicated a significant part of his professional career to the Ostrava steelworks. Since 2010, he has held a number of key positions, ranging from Project Manager and Maintenance Plant Director to Head of the Hybrid Furnace Project. During this time, he has contributed to the successful delivery of numerous strategic investments and modernization initiatives. His unique combination of in-depth knowledge of local operations, technical expertise, and extensive experience in managing large-scale investment projects makes him the ideal leader for the implementation of the Electric Arc Furnace – a cornerstone of NOVÁ HUŤ’s future transformation.
