Au cœur de Paris, en secteur sauvegardé, l’intervention vise à mettre en valeur le patrimoine Art Déco du bâtiment d’origine, altéré par les interventions postérieures. Les espaces extérieurs aménagés dans la façade ainsi que les toitures paysagères accessibles, permettront de connecter le bâtiment à la ville. Located in the historic centre of Paris, within a conservation area, the project aims to enhance the Art Deco heritage of the original building, which has been compromised by subsequent alterations. The creation of exterior spaces within the façade, along with accessible landscaped rooftops, will help reconnect the building with the city. Guided by ambitious environmental goals, the 35,700 m² redevelopment will accommodate offices, retail spaces, an urban logistics hub and bicycle facilities.
