Tessa D. and Annabelle Kerr headed to New Orleans earlier this month to attend and present at the 2026 Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) Annual Conference, sharing new approaches to leadership designed for a more complex and technology-enabled world. They presented three approaches: dyad leadership, smart shocking, and AI-supported leadership, each aimed at helping leaders respond more effectively to today’s challenges and emerging technologies.
