Achim Schroeter is a lean thinker who also happens to be the CEO of URIMAT Switzerland, a manufacturing company that is making waterless urinals. He shared how Urimat is adopting AI and other tech stack in their operations and how they started first with telling people about this before touching any line of code or AI tool. It was also impressive the way they deployed their ERP being also thoughtful about creating a virtual environment of the final ERP for the team to play with it, test it, learn how to use it and also offer feedback well before the ERP was finally deployed across the whole company.
