Say Hello to 🪐 Lena Sędkiewicz, NTHW Ambassador 🚀🚀 Lena’s path into cybersecurity is anything but typical, and that is exactly what makes it powerful. Currently an Intern Software Engineer at Bayer, she combines a background in psychology with hands-on engineering experience, bringing a dual perspective that connects human behavior with technical security. Her journey shows that cybersecurity is not only about systems, but also about people. Lena actively explores the intersection of application security and social engineering, focusing on how real users behave under pressure, manipulation, or error. This perspective is strengthened by her contribution to Robert Kruczek’s book "Socjotechnika w praktyce" (Securitum), where she co-authored content on practical social engineering. Beyond her technical work, Lena is also a speaker, lecturer, and blogger, actively sharing knowledge and making cybersecurity more accessible. As an ambassador, her goal is to give back through practical educational content and to bring a much-needed human perspective into conversations that are often purely technical.
