We’re kicking off Sustainability at Work, highlighting the real stories behind the work we do for our people, our environment, and the communities we operate in.    Long-term projects need long-term thinking. That means investing in local talent, and the culture that shapes it. In the Outer Hebrides of Scotland, we launched a scholarship programme for final-year secondary school students, supporting studies in STEM and Gaelic language and culture. Five scholarships awarded every year, over four years. £10,000 per student toward their degree.
