Beyond Background: Social Mobility & Success in Financial Services Social mobility shapes access to opportunity and in financial services, background can still influence outcomes. To mark Social Mobility Day, we hosted a hybrid event for our EMEA employees to build a shared understanding of social mobility and socio-economic inclusion and why it matters for our industry and workplace. We were thrilled to be joined by The Sutton Trust, who shared insights from their latest research across U.K. banking and finance, and why improving mobility is critical for the sector.
