On World Environment Day, we’re highlighting how sustainability comes to life across Northern Trust through both local action and ongoing firmwide progress. From an Earth Month event in Chicago that brought colleagues together through hands-on, sustainability-focused activities, to initiatives across APAC encouraging storytelling, recycling, and everyday actions, these efforts reflect a shared commitment to making progress that lasts. This work builds on a long-standing focus, including our achievement of ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 certifications across key EMEA locations in 2025, including offices in Guernsey, Limerick and London, adding to a broader set of efforts supporting environmental and energy management. Together, these actions reflect a simple idea: meaningful impact comes from consistent, intentional progress. #LifeatNT
