Aditya Goyal, a doctoral student in materials and nanotechnology from Uttarakhand, India, said NDSU was the right decision for his academic goals.    "I am grateful for the opportunities I have received at NDSU," he said. "My time here has helped me grow academically, professionally, and personally.
