Die heutige Hauptversammlung war ein wichtiger Meilenstein auf diesem Weg: Die Aktionäre der NORMA Group stimmten sämtlichen Vorschlägen von Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat zu. Dazu gehörten unter anderem das öffentliche Aktienrückkaufangebot sowie die Verkleinerung des Aufsichtsrats von sechs auf fünf Mitglieder.
