The inauguration of the Livelihood Productivity and Technology Facility in San Jose del Monte City, Bulacandemonstrates how sustainable resettlement goes beyond providing housing and one-time livelihood assistance by investing in skills development, modern equipment, and facilities that enable relocated families to generate long-term income. This initiative reflects the strong partnership among the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH)as the project proponent, the City Government of San Jose del Monte, the World Bank, DOHWA Engineering Co., Ltd., SVTI, and other National Government Agencies, all working toward a shared objective of improving the quality of life of Project-Affected Families.
