Most engineers don’t start out thinking about 'a career in engineering'. It usually begins with something much simpler, being curious, taking things apart, trying to figure out how something works. That’s what we’re recognising on International Women in Engineering Day. We see that same curiosity turn into something more, solving real problems, improving reliability, and helping customers make their systems work better, day in, day out. This year’s theme, 'Engineering Intelligence', feels close to that. Not just technical knowledge, but the judgement, creativity and practical thinking that engineering really demands. And just as importantly, it’s about visibility. Because stories - real career paths, real experiences - are what help others see that engineering is something they can step into too. So today, we’re simply taking a moment to recognise the women across our Industrial Automation teams doing exactly that. One example is Sinneli Jayampathy’s journey from early curiosity to helping solve real customer challenges: https://lnkd.in/efquRie4 #INWED26 #EngineeringIntelligence #WomenInEngineering
