What do gummy bears actually have to do with the current state of the sugar market? 👀 Over 100 students from Technische Universität Braunschweig gained an insight into the reality of the situation in the lecture hall. Our COO Alexander Godow was a guest speaker and gave an overview under the title “Gummy Bears in Crisis – Challenges from Field to Shelf”. He showed what lies behind our value chain: fluctuating harvest volumes, dynamic markets, changing customer demand and complex logistical requirements – from the beet to the finished product. 👉 The most important insight: There is rarely just one ideal way.
