New job, new perspectives: In March 2024, Lutz Wanisch joined us as a trainee in Agri Consulting & Shared Agri Services — and since May, he has been working as a Junior Expert in SBR/RTD & Data Management. 💚 My personal highlight of the trainee program: The regular rotation through different departments and work locations. This gave me the opportunity to get to know many different processes, working methods, and subject areas in a short period of time. 💡 My most important takeaway from the trainee program: ➡️ To be open to new topics—even if you haven’t had any prior exposure to them. ➡️ And not to be afraid of familiarizing yourself with new material. 🤩 What I’m particularly excited about in my new role: I can actively contribute to addressing and better understanding SBR, or Syndrome of Low Wealth. As I’m very interested in research and science, this is what excites me the most. There are regular new findings and developments that directly impact my work — and that’s exactly what makes it so exciting for me. 🫶 What makes working at Nordzucker unique for me: The collegial atmosphere among colleagues.
