This week, we were proud to support ICON360's annual HBCU Professor Retreat for the fourth consecutive year.  Hosted alongside Pensole Lewis College of Business and Design, this two-day event brings together HBCU faculty and the fashion industry. Our team led a panel on Nordstrom's early in career pathways which include the Retail Leadership Training Program, summer internships, Merchants in the Making and our Nordstrom × FIT Custom Alterations Certificate. The intention of the panel was to give professors a clear picture of what these opportunities look like and how to help their students pursue them.  We’re grateful to ICON360, Pensole Lewis College, and every professor in attendance for their dedication in championing their students’ futures.
