Based on a True Story is a new campaign built around those moments — an episodic film set inside Nordstrom's most familiar spaces, inspired by real experiences customers have shared over the years, while looking ahead at the memories still to come. Above all, it is our way of saying thank you to all the customers that have given Nordstrom the privilege of serving them over the years.
