Nordic Capital has signed an agreement to acquire Flowa, a leading provider of engineered water infrastructure solutions across the UK and the Nordics, from Vestum. Operating through a group of specialist subsidiaries, Flowa provides advanced solutions, monitoring technology and engineering services that help improve critical water and wastewater infrastructure. The company's products and services support more efficient use of water resources, prevent pollution and reduce climate impact.
