From external IT technician in Spain to SCADA Specialist in the US - this is what growth at Nordex can look like​ ​ When I joined Nordex Group in 2017, it was a unique moment: the merger between Acciona Windpower and Nordex had just happened: Two worlds coming together. Fast-paced, complex - but full of opportunity. From day one, I was learning fast and stepping up.​ Over the years, that journey evolved: From external technician to Team Leader, to joining Nordex internally in 2020. From there, my journey continued through different roles in IT - from IT Administrator to IT Support Developer, and later IT Services Integrator.​ ​ As an IT Services Integrator, I had the chance to work on global projects and collaborate with teams across all the world. Those experiences didn’t just shape my career - they shaped how I work: Adapting to different cultures, collaborating across borders and staying focused on shared goals. ​ In 2025, I took my biggest step yet: moving to the United States to join Nordex US as a SCADA Specialist. A new country, a shift from IT into Service, a big challenge - but one of the most rewarding decisions I’ve made. This journey wouldn’t have been possible without the support of amazing colleagues across Spain and the US. ​ Today, I’m proud to be part of a team where collaboration, trust, and continuous learning are part of everyday work.​ Looking back, Nordex hasn’t just shaped my career - it has shaped me as a professional and as a person.
