Our #GlobalTechnicalAcademy team stepped away from their desks and into action - trading laptops for gloves to support tatkräftig e.V. in Hamburg, Germany as part of our ongoing local #CommunityEngagement. Together, the Training Coordination & Front Office team dedicated the day to revitalizing the outdoor space of #KitaHeidberg. What started as a worn-out garden was transformed through collective effort: moving gravel, painting a new wooden fence, building a terrace, and clearing areas. In just six hours, the team created a safe, refreshed environment for early childhood development. What truly defined the day was the strong #TeamWork and #Colleagueship.
