At the Nordex Group, we often speak about being #CustomerCentric – but it’s not defined by what we say. It’s defined by how we listen, learn, and act. That mindset was at the core of this year’s #ServiceDay in Pamplona, where colleagues from across our global service organization, collectively supporting more than 60 GW of installed capacity worldwide, came together to reflect on our approach. A key highlight: our “Voice of the Customer” forum. Moderated by Jesus Alvarez Yoldi (Nordex Group), industry leaders Jose Alba Perez (Enel Green Power), Juan Otazu (ACCIONA Energía), LUIS PERTIERRA FERNANDEZ (Naturgy) and Alfonso Garcia Ruiz (RWE) shared candid perspectives on what customers truly value, where #TeamNordex is strong, where we can improve, and how we can deliver greater impact in an increasingly complex energy landscape. #KeyTakeaway: customers are looking for #partners – not suppliers.
