From classroom to wind energy career: where does the journey start? At the Nordex Group, our #ApprenticeshipTeam is inspiring the next generation of #STEMtalent, especially girls, to explore the possibilities. Through the #mintpink initiative by #initiativeNAT, we welcomed 15 students from Buckhorn Gymnasium to our #GlobalTechnicalAcademy in Hamburg, Germany. During their visit, the students gained first-hand insights into wind energy: from a guided tour of our technology to an interactive wind energy quiz led by our apprentices. The day wrapped up with an open chat with our role models Lenka Fuskova, Dr. (Senior Expert Tech QM Metallurgy Nacelle), #AnikaSchönicke (Group Lead Structural Methods and Tools), and #AngelicaEspinosa (System Lead Power Train), who shared their career journeys.
