For Michael, Team Leader Assembly at the Nordex North America West Branch Facility, a safety-first mindset and genuine care for people truly stand out—no shortcuts, ever.   Since joining less than a year ago as an Electrical Production Technician, Michael has rapidly grown within the organization. Through strong dedication, continuous progress, and genuine passion for the work, Michael was promoted to Team Lead for the Hub Assembly line.
