Over the past few days, I wrapped up 12 months at IKO! Being on-site in a manufacturing plant as a Process Engineering Intern and getting my first real taste of industry pushed me in the best way possible. I was given a level of trust and responsibility early on, which made it all the more impactful. That environment made it possible to move fast, take risks, and grow. Grateful for the people, the mentorship, and everything I’ve learned. p.s. someone plsss ask me how a shingle is made 🙏
