In this episode, I sit down with Armann Singh, a UofA law student who began his journey at MacEwan University, where he was actively involved in clubs and student life. His involvement and leadership at MacEwan helped set the stage for law school success. What makes Armann’s story inspiring is that after his first year of law school, he landed a highly competitive summer position at DLA Piper in Edmonton. Only a handful of 1L students are selected for these roles each year, and it speaks volumes about his hard work, ambition, and determination to pursue Law. In our conversation, Armann shares practical LSAT tips, his honest perspective on life at the UofA Faculty of Law, and why he chose to stay in Edmonton rather than studying abroad. He also talks about what it really takes to stand out and open doors in a demanding legal market. I hope students who watch this episode get curious about Big Law and see how involvement, persistence, and the right mindset can open incredible opportunities! Thank you Armann for doing this with me! Any questions or concerns you may have, feel free to reach out to him:) Episode 3 Watch Here: https://lnkd.in/gsy8dzzW Follow my podcasts instagram: @lawandlattesedmonton
