A question worth sitting with: Is the data your institution runs on actually ready to support a decision? The question isn't whether the data exists — it probably does, somewhere. What matters is whether it's integrated, current, and accessible to the people who need to act on it. What we see most often: data that lives across too many places, gets reconciled manually, and arrives too late to change a meaningful outcome. The result is lag. And in enrollment management and student success, lag is expensive.
