We are proud to announce a £2.2 million investment in our Lowestoft factory in the UK. The investment serves as a key pillar in Nomad Foods' broader, long-term productivity programme announced last year, which focuses on increased efficiency, competitiveness and scale across our manufacturing network. The new potato waffle line will increase total waffle capacity to approximately 18,250 tonnes annually - equivalent to nearly 45 million potato waffles! At a time of increasing pressure on global food systems, this reinforces our commitment to investing in key frozen food categories, ensuring consumers across the UK and Europe retain access to good food choices.
