A century ago, Clarence Birdseye froze a fish and changed the way the world eats. Today, frozen food is back at the centre of one of the biggest conversations in food: how do we feed a growing population, well, without exhausting the planet? The evidence is clear. Frozen retains nutrients. It makes fish, fruit and veg accessible year-round, to nearly 100 million households across Europe. It lasts longer, so less goes to waste.
