After 12 incredible years, my time at eGain has come to an end. Due to a shift to a fully office-based model — and living 160 miles from the office — redundancy was the inevitable outcome. No drama, no hard feelings. Just one of those things. I want to take a moment to say that my time at eGain has been nothing short of extraordinary. I joined in 2014 as a founding member of their Digital Transformation practice, and over 12 years I've been fortunate enough to grow through four promotions — from Digital Transformation Director, to Director of Client Services, to Head of Client Services, and most recently to Vice President of Sales & Client Services for EMEA. It's been a journey I'm immensely proud of. Some highlights: 📈 Delivered $2.4M of a $3M new-logo target in H1 alone — tracking at ~110% for the full year 📈 Owned and grew an $18M ARR installed base portfolio with consistent 11% YoY growth 📈 Grew the EMEA team from 2 to 12 people 📈 Introduced MEDDICC-based opportunity management — improving win rates by >100% and deal size by >10% 📈 Led C-suite relationships and complex enterprise negotiations across some amazing brands including HMRC, EE, Allianz, Tryg, Achmea and many more 📈 Built the Client Services function from the ground up — playbooks, operating models, onboarding programmes, the lot Before eGain, I held leadership roles at Capita and Telefonica UK (O2), where I built a webchat operation that delivered £28M annual net benefit and became the global blueprint for the Telefonica Group. So — what am I looking for? I'm a VP-level Sales & Customer Success leader with 15+ years driving revenue growth and digital transformation across SaaS, BPO and telecoms. I bring deep experience in enterprise account management, go-to-market strategy, pipeline and forecasting discipline, and building high-performing commercial teams. I've worked extensively with platforms like Salesforce, Genesys, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics and AWS, and across sectors including Telco, BFSI, Retail, Utilities and Travel.
