I usually wouldn't reach out to offer services, but I'm in between jobs right now and I'm looking to keep myself afloat financially, so for the next few weeks, I'll be offering my web design/development services for businesses! Usually I charge between $500 - 600 for these sites, but I'm currently setting my simple/static site base price at $250 USD while I transition. This covers both the website code, deployment, and the first year of a custom domain, as well as ongoing support from me, along with the tools and knowledge needed to maintain/adjust the content on your own.
