Conference of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS) today issued a request for public comments on proposed changes to fees associated with the SAFE Act mortgage testing and education program. CSBS operates NMLS on behalf of state financial services regulators. The testing and education fee adjustments outlined in the proposal will help ensure ongoing quality and integrity of the testing and education program.
