How do we move from climate ambition to implementation at scale? This was a key topic at FMC Day 2026: Navigating Fragmentation, Delivering at Scale, hosted by the World Economic Forum and the First Movers Coalition in Geneva. The event brought together senior leaders from industry, finance and policy to discuss how to accelerate the delivery of low-carbon solutions in an increasingly complex environment. "Many companies have set ambitious targets, but the challenge now is scaling supply and turning commitments into measurable progress. That requires collaboration across value chains and stronger market signals that help accelerate investment in low-carbon solutions," says Anthony Abbotts, VP and Head of Group Sustainability at NKT.
