Strong progress is being made on the NKT T3600 - our new subsea trencher - at Port of Blyth, where construction and fit-out continue to move forward. Developed in collaboration with Osbit, the subsea trencher is taking shape as a key addition to our in-house installation capabilities. Once completed, the NKT T3600 will be one of the world’s most powerful subsea trenchers, with 3,600 horsepower and the ability to bury cables up to 5.5 metres below the seabed.  The project also reflects our strong collaboration with UK partners and our continued focus on protecting critical cable infrastructure supporting the #energy transition. #powercables #offshore
