Still one of the best cross-examinations I have ever seen. I recently witnessed how Raqib B. Osman conducted his cross-examination in an alleged drunk driving case, and in several drug cases previously. โข No lengthy questions. โข No unnecessary aggression. โข Fewer questions than both EIC and re-examination. But the impact of those questions? They strengthened our case while steadily weakening the prosecutionโs position. A strong reminder that effective advocacy is not about saying more, but about asking the right questions at the right time. Truly inspiring to watch, and a standard worth striving for in practice. #Litigation #CriminalDefence #ElegantAdvocacy
