A new chapter begins! As of 01 April Niterra Co., Ltd. welcomes Keiji Suzuki as its new President, succeeding Takeshi Kawai. With over three decades at Niterra, Keiji Suzuki brings a unique blend of engineering expertise and global business experience - having started in oxygen sensor development in 1993 and later contributing to technical sales in Detroit, USA. Most recently, he led the development of the company’s 2030 Mid-Term Management Plan as head of Corporate Strategy. Taking on leadership of a company with a proud 90-year heritage, he emphasizes both continuity and transformation: strengthening core automotive businesses while building new pillars for future growth. Building on the foundation laid by his predecessor, he aims to accelerate innovation and create lasting value. Guided by the 2040 Vision, “To become a company that makes the earth shine,” and rooted in the Niterra Way shared values, the focus remains clear: earning trust through products, delivering enduring value to society, and driving meaningful change together as one organization.
