Very excited to share... After 18 months with the Scotsman Group in St Andrews, I want to say a huge thank you to the fantastic people I had the pleasure of working with along the way. I’m now heading back into hotels and I'm proud to share that I will be leading the food and beverage department at Crieff Hydro Hotel and Resort. It’s a special property, freshly refurbished and full of opportunity across its' 10 F&B outlets— I’m really looking forward to being part of this next chapter.
