Internal Medicine Resident Doctor
2 London Marathons - 13 years apart! Over a decade ago, I was a St John Ambulance cadet at the London Marathon, where I remember the excitement of seeing a doctor in a red jacket who happened to share my surname. This year, I returned to the course to wear one myself. Volunteering as a clinician with London Marathon Events was a true full-circle moment. It served as a great reminder that years of commitment, training and exams was well worth the effort. The synergy between SJA, LME, and Thermo Elite Health was seamless, ensuring a high standard of care for every runner and spectator present. Looking forward to many more years of volunteering to come!
