Managing Director & Partner @BCG | Global Lead Operating Model & Org Design | Driving People-Centered, AI-Enabled Transformation

At yesterday’s Boston Consulting Group (BCG) x manager magazin Top100Women event we honored women whose leadership is shaping the future of business across industries.    Jeannette zu Fürstenberg, Managing Director Europe at General Catalyst, was named Prima inter Pares 2025, a recognition of strategic foresight, clarity in decision-making, and consistent impact. In her panel discussion with Michael Brigl (#BCG), Nadia Meier-Kirner (Triton), and Franziska Kayser (KKR), one thing stood out: leadership that integrates a broad range of perspectives leads to better outcomes, especially in complex environments.    This is reflected also in the findings of our new Gender Diversity Index 2025, developed in collaboration with Technische Universität München. Women still hold just 21% of executive board seats in Germany. At the same time, companies with at least one woman on the executive board show a markedly stronger EBITDA margin improvement two years after restructuring.    ➡️ Explore the full report: https://lnkd.in/eRpcJnxw    #WomenInLeadership #FemaleLeadership
