This just happened… My app detected high atmospheric instability near me and sent a notification before storms even formed. CAPE (Convective Available Potential Energy) is basically how much energy the atmosphere has available for storms. The higher it is, the more potential there is for storms to develop and strengthen. I opened the app and was able to go right in and see the CAPE environment driving it! These notifications are amazing! This is exactly why I built NimboStratusAI.
