🚀 Celebrating CoVA Day and an Incredible Year of AI Innovation and Human-AI collaboration at #Covestro ! I am humbled to see what our team has accomplished in just one year. What began as a simple, secure wrapper around external LLMs has evolved into something truly transformative – a comprehensive agentic AI platform that's reshaping how we work at #Covestro. The journey has been remarkable: We started by solving the fundamental challenge of giving our colleagues safe, secure access to AI capabilities. But our team didn't stop there. Today, every employee can create their own custom AI assistants, tap into both internal and external data sources, and seamlessly work with the systems they use every day, within #CoVA. But here's what tells the real story of CoVA's impact: When Halloween came around, our colleague Leslie Schmuck didn't just think of CoVA as another tool. She carved a beautiful pumpkin depicting CoVA as a friendly robot in a lab coat, complete with bright blue eyes and a trick-or-treat bag. That moment showed me something profound – CoVA isn't just being used, it's being embraced as a genuine workplace colleague. This isn't only about technology – it's about democratizing AI and creating authentic human-AI collaboration.
