A chapter closes ...... and what a chapter it was. I’m no longer with Gigamon, but I couldn’t be prouder of what the team and I achieved together. To be part of the largest year Gigamon has had in Australia was something special. More importantly, watching the team grow, develop and step up has been the real highlight, I’m incredibly proud of every one of them and excited to see what they go on to achieve. A few highlights from the year: • 147% to quota • Presidents Club achieved • 320% year-on-year growth That doesn’t happen without an outstanding team. Over the past few weeks, I’ve taken the opportunity to reset and recharge… 🎸 Music sessions with mates 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Quality time with family 🛠️ Getting hands dirty and building things again 🚗 Coastal runs in the Cortina 🌲 A bit of off-road perspective It’s a good reminder, success isn’t just built in boardrooms and offices, it’s built through balance, perspective and staying grounded. So what’s next? A very smart person said to me recently: “You have so many options.” They’re right. I’m passionate about customers. I love mentoring and building teams. And I’m driven by creating growth through clear strategy. I’ll take the time to make sure the next move brings all of that together. Until then, plenty to keep me busy. Stay tuned.
