This weekend I installed Claude for Small Business expecting to find a gap for UK SMEs. I didn't. Most of the launch coverage focused on the named partners. QuickBooks, PayPal, HubSpot, Canva, Docusign, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365. Fair enough, they built the integrations. But the part that actually matters is what happens after install. A Cowork task interviews you about your business, asks which tools you actually use, then quietly reshapes the plugin around the answers. Stripe instead of PayPal. Notion instead of HubSpot. FreeAgent instead of QuickBooks. UK tax workflows instead of US ones. The plugin learns the shape of your business. Two sessions of work, one customised plugin, and a clearer view of what this launch is really about. Not the connector list. The layer underneath. If you are a small business or solo founder waiting for the right time to go all in, this is it. I wrote up the process on this week's Substack - link in the comments👇
