✨ The Horden Together Partnership (HTP) shows how valuable and impactful place-based working can be if done the right way. A core element of HTP is the recruitment of local staff to build credibility within the wider community and to provide insight and knowledge of the local area, culture and community. Gemma Rowe and Alison Turner CMgr FCMI are essential to HTP as Horden Together team members, but also as two people who live in Horden, grew up in Horden, and know the landscape and its people like the back of their hand. They have strong relationships and hard-earned trust among residents and know the opportunities and challenges that their community faces. ✨ Do you want to find out more about the core elements that contribute to the success of the Horden Together Partnership?
