We did not build Nightshift for flex space. Operators found it anyway, and the way they are using it is sharp. Two surfaces, one platform. A back office where the community manager walks into Monday with half the week prepped (tour follow-ups drafted, weekly metrics filed, renewal risk flagged). An agent members talk to in Slack, scoped to the space and the community. All through Nightshift. It reads and writes the systems they already run: OfficeRnD, HubSpot, Kisi, Google Workspace- taking hours of backoffice tasks off their plate to focus on their core value: building community.
